Your Session Experience
My goal here at the studio is to make sure you are comfortable, and everything is easy and relaxed. Preparing for a session can be stressful enough. Once you're here I just want you to be able to breathe and enjoy time with your family. Got chaos? Great. That's normal. Don't worry about any of it. We're going to have a good time, and you will have beautiful images to remember it.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Sessions can be booked online through my booking site. There you will be able to choose your date and time and submit a signed agreement to secure your spot.
Once you are booked, I will send you a questionnaire to help me prepare for our time together, as well as a prep guide with more info about your session and tips for what to wear. If you need help choosing outfits, I'm happy to help. We can hop on a call any time to discuss details. You are also welcome to set up a time to come visit the studio to see where the magic happens.
DURING YOUR SESSION
When you arrive at the studio, we will take a little time to get acquainted. It's especially important for kiddos to feel comfortable with me and their surroundings. You will have a place to hang outfits, a restroom, water and snacks, and a place to change baby.
Your session can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. It really just depends on how many are being photographed and how long it takes to capture everything. Everyone is different. I have a session flow that I will walk you through. If there are any specific captures you are wanting, we can do those as well.
Your sitting fee will be due the day of your session. It can be paid by card through your session link, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks to receive your online gallery. I will send you an email with a link to view it. From your gallery, you will be able to choose your products. Product options are fine art prints, heirloom albums, and a digital collection. Digital files are included with an album purchase. You can see more about these options HERE.
